Meet Founder

My name is Xavier Padilla and I am a 27-year-old full time Internet Entrepreneur. In 2008, I met Timothy Ferris at an Anthony Robbins Leadership seminar and he shared with me his book “The 4 Hour Work Week.” It was then, where I discovered the power of living a life by design and living a life filled with purpose. My Full Story

I’ve been an entrepreneur and taking risks most of my life. My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited at the age of 14 when I started selling whatever I can get my hands on to my friends. My business mind had to of come from my parents since they are both entrepreneurs who came to the United States from Mexico not speaking a word of English and are now real estate business professionals.

After high school, I decided to skip college and become an independent representative for a network marketing company. I became a student of success. I read every book I can get my hands on that had to do with personal development. Some of my favorite authors and personal mentors included: Jim Rohn, Anthony Robbins, John Maxwell, Brain Tracy, ZigZiglar, Napoleon Hill, and Robert Kiyosaki. I was obsessed with personal development and I wanted to grow as an individual more than anything. I wanted to be financially independent, I wanted to retire my parents, I wanted to learn how to leave a legacy in my life. In 2004 and 2005, I completed Mastery University and started Leadership Mastery with Anthony Robbins and that’s when my confidence grew ten fold. Shortly after, I became a real estate loan officer and my income went through the roof. In my first three months as a loan officer I cashed in a commission check for 31,257 dollars and thought to myself “real estate is the place to be.” By the time I was 20 years old I had bought and sold 1.7 million dollars in real estate and had raised 150k dollars to start a mortgage company in which I called Xpress Loans, Inc. In 2006, my first year in business the company grossed half a million dollars in sales. I purchased a CL 500 Mercedes Benz and bought a condominium in Irvine, CA for 626k dollars. I was 21 years old making more money than anyone of my friends and I felt unstoppable. At the time I felt like I was living the “American Dream” but unfortunately I was spending money recklessly without a dime in savings. Then the mortgage meltdown started…

In 2007, I found myself in massive debt, two homes facing foreclosure, 3 lawsuits, and the repo man knocking on my door wanting to take my pimped out Benz. It was a rough time. I lost everything plus some. I fell into depression and didn’t know what to do with my life. Luckily, I had been a personal development addict and had a few seminars left to finish off my Leadership Mastery program with Anthony Robbins. At the end of the year, I went off to complete Date with Destiny Leadership in San Diego and at that seminar I met Timothy Ferris. He told me about his new book “The Four Hour Work Week.” I read his book and immediately had a paradigm shift in the way I viewed business. I then made it a mission of mine to learn as much as I could about living the life of the New Rich; a life by design and automation. I began to read everything I can get my hands on that had to do with affiliate marketing, traffic generation, blogging, social media, and all Internet marketing in general. I developed a burning desire to learn how to make money online. Since then I have started two websites one on credit repair ( and another in the dating industry ( I’m not going to tell you that I made a million dollars in 7 days like most internet gurus out there but I have made enough money to know that making money online is real and within reach for all of us.
